The principle upon which all Euklid models have been based differs entirely from the calculating machine systems so far described. In the 50ties the following models were still build in the Mercedes factory: 21, 29, 37, 37SM, 38, 38SM with the prefix of "R", i.e. R29, etc. The green/black color was replaced by gray and the name changed from Mercedes Euklid to just Mercedes.

From ca. 1963 the machines were sold under the name Cellatron.
